1-on-1 Live Personal Training

This option provides fully personalized, live coaching designed around your goals, needs, and movement patterns.

Weekly Workout Plans With Monthly Check-In Calls

This flexible option offers expert programming with ongoing guidance, while allowing you to train on your own schedule.

  • Clear instructions and structure to support consistency and progress

  • Monthly one-on-one check-in calls to review progress, adjust programming, and address questions

  • Ongoing support focused on movement quality, strength, and feeling good in your body

Downloadable Program

"Flowering In Fitness" is a downloadable eBook workout program with clickable links to video demonstrations for every move. It's for people who prefer to DIY their fitness rather than commit to meetings with a personal trainer. It guides you through three training phases over the 12-week program. It starts with muscular endurance, progresses to hypertrophy, and finishes in strength and power building. This program includes cardio intervals that correspond to each phase. It also incorporates balance, range of motion, and functional exercises.
