"Flowering In Fitness" is a program I designed for the person who wants to build strength to support an active lifestyle. As a farmer, I need my workouts to build me back up rather than break me down. And the same is true for you if you're an active homesteader or a busy mom chasing toddlers around. These workouts are designed to help you build strength and prevent injury while supporting the active life you live.
"Flowering In Fitness" guides you through three training phases over the 12-week program. It starts in strength endurance, progresses to hypertrophy, and finishes in strength and power building. And you'll never be lost because every move has a clickable link to a demonstration video!
This program includes cardio intervals that correspond to each phase. It also incorporates balance, range of motion, and functional exercises. It is my hope that you find this program to be effective, efficient, well-rounded, and approachable. Have fun and work hard!
