This bitterdock root tincture was wildcrafted here on my own land. Bitterdock Root Tincture is an extract made from the root of the bitterdock plant (Rumex obtusifolius or Rumex crispus), it is traditionally used to support liver function, aid digestion, and promote healthy skin by helping the body detoxify and eliminate waste.
 
How to Use:
Take 10–30 drops in a small amount of water or juice, 2–3 times daily before meals. Best used as part of a short-term cleansing or digestive support routine. Consult a healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
